Come out and join us for an exciting night of fun and racing. Keeping with SOAR's tradition of doing things a little different, we have come up with a great evening to honor our 2009 champs. Gone are the dry stuffy traditional banquets......... in with a festive evening with the SOAR family. For those who have never been to WEGZ, your in for a real treat! It's a gigantic sports bar/restaurant located between Vaughan Mills and Canada's Wonderland, 5 minutes east of Hwy #400 on Rutherford Rd. We will be watching the Speed feed of the Daytona 200 live on the 16 x 22 FOOT HD screen. The facility can hold some 900 people our area holds 250. There is off track betting for the horse race fan, pool, fooseball, electronic life size golf etc etc etc. We have started to gather items for the SORE Injured Riders Fund auction. We will be auctioning these items all night during breaks to raise funds for the upcoming season. Our goal is to have 5-6 thousand dollars in the fund before the first round in May. Please come out and support this cause. It may be you or a friend that might need it. If you have anything that you wish to donate please call our office at 905.697.3174 as I will be populating a list shortly. We have to give WEGZ our guest list ahead of time, so please don't wait to get your tickets. There will be some special awards on top of the class champions. We hope to see you all there! |

HOTEL INFORMATION We have secured a group rate with Monte Carlo Inns for our banquet. They have blocked off a bunch of rooms for SOAR guests. This is retroactive to anyone who has already booked a room. Just call and let them know and they will apply the rates. Single Room w/King is $95 Double Room w/ two Queens $105 Both include a Cont.
